A funnel that qualifies the lead itself
Client product · conversational interface, report generation, lead hand-off
A company lands on the site and talks to an AI about its processes. What comes out is a personal report on what can be automated and what that buys — and the agency owner gets a lead already warmed by that conversation. Four languages, in the interface and in the dialogue.

How it worked before
Finding out what was worth automating meant reaching a paid consultation. Most never got there — not because they didn't need it, but because it was unclear where to start.
What made it hard
The conversation has to end in a report rather than dissolve into chat. And lead submission has to be protected from bots without putting a captcha in a real person's way, which cuts conversion.
Engineering decisions
- 01
The report lives at its own address
The dialogue can be interrupted and resumed: the result is saved and opens by a link the person takes away. That also turns the report into something forwarded to a partner or a boss.
- 02
The bot check does not get in a person's way
A real visitor solves no puzzles, while automated submission is cut off.
- 03
Four languages from the first screen
Not only the labels are localised but the dialogue itself — the model speaks the visitor's language rather than translating an answer after the fact.
- 04
Service health is checked by a request
A dedicated health route: you learn the service is down from a check, not from a customer complaint.
Where it stands
The first step for a client is a conversation, not an invoice. They are holding the report before anyone has spoken to them.
